A deep gaze between two people. Through dialogue and eye contact, unconscious projections are madevisible. The Encounter invites us to express repressed emotions, answer unsatisfied needs and recognise ourselves in the other.
Inspired by Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, Frank Farrelly’s Provocative Therapy and eye-gazing practices.
An exploration of the deepest corners of the inner world. This Door allows us to recognise and transform traumatic situations from our own lives and those of our ancestors, and so discover new possibilities for experiencing life.
Influenced by Biodecodification and Bernd Joschko’s Synergetic Profiling.
An individual and collective healing process. The protagonist chooses the topic to explore and the relevant instances. The other participants don’t know the topic nor the instance that they will represent. Through spontaneous gestures and rituals, and without words, a higher order is found.
Inspired by Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations and Alejandro Jodorowsky’s Metagenealogy.
A state of ecstatic trance is reached through the over-oxygenation of the brain and musical accompaniment. During this process, movements and emotions trapped in the body are expressed, liberating chronic pains and tensions.
Inspired by the Holotropic Breathwork of Stanislav and Cristina Grof, and Alexander Lowen’s Bioenergetic Therapy. This Door is available for individuals or groups.
Created in order to transcend thought patterns which complicate or hinder the realisation of our goals or our development as human beings.
Influences include: NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
A theatrical representation which allows us to decode the message that our dreams offer. The dreamer has the opportunity to be the protagonist and director of their own dream, and interact with each character.
The Dream is inspired by Fritz Perls’ Gestalt Therapy, J.L. Moreno’s Psychodrama and Augusto Boal’s Forum Theatre.
