What happens when you strip everything away?
No walls. No WiFi. No schedules.
Just you, the fire, the river, and a group of strangers who become mirrors.
For two weeks, you’ll live by the rhythm of the sun around the fire and beside the river on our 300-acre nature reserve in the Colombian mountains.
With constant accompaniment in group dynamics to explore new ways of relating and recognising the essential.

WHAT IS CAMP-IN?
Ten years ago, a group of us gathered around a fire and asked:
“What is the worst in me?”
For three months, accompanied by the elements, we explored this question: developing and experimenting with methods, and deepening in group dynamics.
This is how El Juego was born.
Today, after many years of living together and continuous experimentation, we offer this lived experience as a proposal for transformation.
Now we invite you to return to those origins – and to your own.
CAMP-IN IS:
Radical simplicity.
Waking with the sun, cooking on fire, bathing in the river. No phones, no electricity.
Living with fire.
For two weeks, you’ll keep a fire alive together, learning its rhythms and demands.
Collective process.
When you can’t scroll away, you discover what’s really alive between people. Conflict becomes connection. Discomfort becomes doorway.

THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:
Your days will be filled with jueguitos (little games designed to reveal group patterns), process circles around the fire, individual accompaniment, intentional walks in nature and other group dynamics.
Cooking, building shelter, wood collecting, camp maintenance, and keeping the fire alive – all of it becomes an opportunity to discover and play with how you relate with the group.
How do you respond when someone does things differently? What happens when the group makes a decision you disagree with? These patterns become the raw material we play with. You can’t change what you can’t see. CAMP-IN makes it visible.
You will be immersed in 300 acres of abundant wildlife: rivers, waterfalls, forests, and animals. We invite you to discover the elements as both the setting and live participants in your process. How does the river respond to your sadness? How does the fire react when you’re angry?
The group will be accompanied by different members of the community throughout the camp: provoking, supporting, and creating containers for whatever emerges.
Transportation from San Rafael to our land at the beginning of the programme is included, as well as all the food.
We will provide the necessary materials to build the shelter and for its maintenance. We will also provide sleeping mats (bring your own sleeping bag), plus a water filter, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
An online follow-up circle in the following months, and access to our online extended community. A network of authentic connections with people who know you at your best and your worst.

INTEGRATION WEEK
30th of June – 6th of July
Integration week includes:
- Accommodation in dorms in the Lila House.
- Food with shared cooking.
- An individual door to continue deepening and including the process awakened in your during the camp.
- An experience of community living.
- The invitation to continue playing in daily life with what you discovered in camp.
- The opportunity to prolong the magic before returning to normal life.

CAMP-IN is an intensive programme.
This is an invitation both for those who have already played with us and for those joining for the first time.
Admissions will be held through applications and interviews, conducted on a rolling basis, so we can get to know you better and ensure the programme is the right fit.

We can offer 2 partially subsidised places in the programme for people whose only barrier to participation is financial. If you would like to apply, please contact us and tell us about your personal circumstances and why you hope to be considered for financial support.

Our team is made up of 30 people from different parts of the world. We’ll accompany you from our own experience as a group, bringing each person’s unique style and talents.
Our culture is lovingly provocative: we enjoy playing with conflict as bridges toward ourselves, with the collective acting as a container of this process.
