OUR TEAM
Our team is made up of 30 people from different parts of the world. We’ll accompany you on this adventure from our own experience as a group, bringing each person’s unique style and talents.
El Juego was born in a camp from a shared question: What is the worst in me?
For two months, we gathered around the fire and dove into this inquiry, developing and experimenting with methods, and deepening in group dynamics. Today, after eight years of living together and continuous experimentation, we offer this lived experience as a proposal for transformation.
With CAMP-IN, we invite you to return to our origins – and to your own.
The 2 week CAMP includes:
- Constant space holding and support for the group throughout the programme.
- A focaliser who will support your personal process during the camp.
- An abundant land with natural springs, waterfalls, native forests, and wildlife.
- Accommodation and meals at the campsite.
- Round-trip transport from San Rafael.
OPTIONAL: Integration period
- Stay 2 additional weeks to ground your experience of camp.
- A focaliser who will support you to deepen in your personal process and integrate what surfaced during camp.
- 2 individual Doors and 1 collective Door.
- Experience community living and activities.
- Use day-to-day life as a playground to experiment with different versions of you.
- Accommodation and meals at Casa Lila.

This is an invitation both for those who have already played with us and for those joining for the first time.
Admissions will be held through interviews, conducted on a rolling basis so we can get to know you better and ensure the programme is the right fit.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
